ONE’S BEST SIDE
How better to portray the Queen than by using her most iconic look. Here, we’ve used old stamps to cover a papier-mâché bowl but you can also cover notebooks or anything else that takes your fancy. Collect stamps from letters or look for old stamps on eBay and use watered down glue to stick them on. Once covered, lightly paste with a coat of glue to seal and protect.
A GLASS ACT
Jazz up some disposable drinking glasses for your street party table with iconic British motifs in red, white & blue. We used acrylic paints to draw these designs freehand, but you can also tape a picture you want to copy onto the inside of the cup, and trace the design in paint on to the outside.
